Collective Trauma Circle

Private·1 member

About

This is a space for caregivers, advocates, and community leaders to unpack the weight of shared wounds—those carried not just by individuals, but by families, and entire communities. We explore how historical injustices, systemic inequities, and collective woundings shape lives today—and how healing can begin. Whether you’re here to learn, process, or link arms with others, you’re not alone. Let’s name the wounds and imagine a future marked by wholeness.

Group Rules

Start with Compassion

Assume others are showing up with courage. Respond with grace, empathy, and curiosity—not judgment.

Honor Lived Experiences

Your story is yours to share. Others’ stories are theirs to protect. Don’t speak about others’ trauma—speak from your own journey when you’re ready.

No Fixing, Preaching, or Prescribing

This is not a therapy room, pulpit, or advice column. We hold space for reflection, not correction.

Privacy is Sacred

What’s shared here stays here. Screenshots, copied content, and sharing members’ posts elsewhere is not allowed.

Stay on Topic

Our focus is on understanding and healing from collective and generational trauma. Please avoid unrelated content, debates, or promotion. If your conversation seems to be better fitting with another group, an Admin will connect you.

Be Trauma-Informed in Your Language

Use care in how you phrase things—avoid graphic details or triggering language unless appropriately content-warned.

Report Concerns

If something feels unsafe or inappropriate, reach out to the group moderator. We’re here to keep this a brave and respectful space.
