In 2022, we launched our training and education programs in the form of the Entrusted Conference. And though the Conference has existed for six years prior, ECHO assumed responsibility for it's continuation in service to kinship, foster, and adoptive parents.

Alongside the Conference, we are developing quarterly training cohorts, an extension of the annual Conference's breakout sessions, to provide continuing education opportunities throughout the year to parents and leaders to refine their skill set in caring for children.

Some cohorts even continue as formal support groups.
